On Friday, June 21st 2024, the Solidarity Sandwich took place in Valladolid.

This year at the end-of-year party at the CEIP Miguel de Cervantes, Eric’s school, a little boy affected by Usher 1B, the proceeds of the Solidarity Sandwich were donated to Save Sight Now Europe to help fundraise research to cure Usher Syndrome.

The proceeds from the solidarity sandwich went to SSNEU and we are very grateful for this initiative: it helps to make this disease visible and closer to our society and also raise funds to keep working towards a cure.We are thankful to CEIP Miguel de Cervantes and Eric’s Family for this initiative.
