Donations made directly to the Swiss entity Save Sight Now Europe Switzerland (association registered in Geneva, UID CHE-434.355.644, Chemin de l’Armoise 10, 1224 Chêne-Bougeries, Switzerland), for example in Swiss francs or with a Swiss tax receipt, are managed by that association, which is responsible for the data of those donations and issues the corresponding Swiss tax receipts.

Donations and tax certificates
When you make a donation, we collect the data needed to manage it: your name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, the amount and date of the donation and, if you want a tax certificate, your national ID or tax number (DNI/NIF). We do not store your card details: payments are processed directly by the payment platforms (such as Stripe or PayPal).
We use this data to process your donation, send you a receipt and issue the donation certificate so that you can apply the tax deduction provided for in Spanish Law 49/2002. The Foundation is legally required to report the donations it receives, with each donor’s DNI/NIF, to the Spanish Tax Agency (form 182); the legal basis for this processing is compliance with a legal obligation. We keep this data for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
