Planomato, the guide to plans and events in Las Palmas, published a review of the I Torneo de Pádel por el Usher to encourage people to take part.
The review, published on 12 September 2026, presents the tournament at DRAGO Padel Center (Casablanca III) on 25 and 26 September, organised together with Save Sight Now Europe, the foundation created by the parents of a girl with Usher syndrome.
It explains in simple words what Usher syndrome is – one of the main genetic causes of deafblindness, combining hearing loss and retinitis pigmentosa – and that the money raised goes directly to research.
