La Provincia – Diario de Las Palmas announced the solidarity weekend organised by Save Sight Now Europe at DRAGO Padel Center on the eve of the tournament.
On 24 September 2026, the newspaper presented the I Torneo de Pádel por el Usher as a big solidarity weekend on Friday and Saturday, with sport, music, raffles and activities open to the public, all to support research into Usher syndrome.
