Collaborative Visit at L’Institut de la Vision, Paris

Save Sight Now Europe joined the team at L’Institut de la Vision, Paris, to collaborate and help accelerate treatments.

Our recent visit to L’Institut de la Vision in Paris was a day full of inspiration and collaboration! We had the privilege of meeting with Serge Picaud, Isabelle Audo, and Marie Darche, who shared their groundbreaking work on Usher Syndrome Type 1B and Retinitis Pigmentosa.

We were particularly impressed by their dedication to finding treatments that will change the lives of those affected by vision loss. The integrated housing for blind individuals at Hôpital National des Quinze-Vingts offers a glimpse into the future of patient care.

We left energized and full of hope for future collaborations! We also know more about Cyril Jonard and his bronze medal at the Paralympics Games Paris 2024, people to follow and be aware of.
